Below is a listing of the Culture Declaration elements and their corresponding draft Program/Initiative ideas.

·        Consisting of Valued and Empowered People and Teams; Working Hard and Having Fun

o       Charter cross-functional teams to address city challenges & opportunities i.e., Graffiti program.

o      Build organizational spirit and camaraderie through the efforts of groups like the Employee Activities Committee.
