Welcome to the Ideal Culture Learning Team Wiki
This Wiki is currently used by the City of Rancho Cucamonga's Organization Culture Learning Group as they research the corporate cultures of other organizations and the City's culture. The intent is to define and refine the City's culture to improve transparency, enhance colloboration, encourage individual and group creativity, help each other realize their potential, and foster a spirit of fun.
Results

In case you are looking for the previous collaboration wiki content regarding the University of Redlands student consulting project with the Levitt Pavilion (Pasadena, CA), that content was removed to accommodate this new project by the City of Rancho Cucamonga
